Welcome back to my blog! There’s a brand new MFT Stamps release coming on Tuesday, Feb 27 at 10am ET. For today’s inspiration and peek at the release, I am featuring JB Big Screen Scenes. I laugh every time I see this card because I find it hilarious! I know this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I hope there are some horror/true crime fans out there that appreciate my sense of humor, LOL. This could also make a fun Halloween card. Make sure to head over to the MFT blog to see the other iconic movie scenes represented in this fun stamp set. There is something for several movie genres.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a brayer, roll on Eiffel Tower and a red ink onto white cardstock. This does not have to be perfect as it is meant to be a grungy look.
- Using the English Brick Wall stencil, stencil some texture paste through the stencil on the background and set aside to dry.
- After the panel is dry, trim a black matte and adhere behind.
- Stamp and copic color the Shining scene from JB Big Screen Scenes.
- Die cut the scene using the Screen Scene Die-namics.
- Die cut an assemble the Classic TV Die-namics from Eiffel Tower and black cardstock.
- Add a piece of scrap acetate on top of the movie scene and adhere the acetate and stamped scene in place behind the tv opening. Pop up with foam tape on the background.
- Stamp and white heat emboss a sentiment and cut apart.
- Die cut the letters for ‘shining’ using the In Stitches Lowercase Alphabet Die-namics a couple times from white and red cardstock. Adhere the layers together.
- Pop up the letters with thin strips of foam tape.
- Add crystal glaze to the tops of the letters. I wanted it to resemble blood so I achieved that effect LOL.

Hope you liked this “different” card, ha! I’ll have more inspiration each day up to and after the release, so stay tuned. Thanks for being here!
